A white flag, with the city seal in the center, bearing an oak tree and the city name in a ring around it.

The municipal logo from www.ci.oakdale.ca.us consists of the name of the city written in dark violet large upper and lower case lettering. The initial letter 'O' is much enlarged, and contains within it the image of a green tree. Beneath the remainder of the word 'Oakdale' and written in much smaller upper and lower case letters and also in dark violet are the words 'California, USA'.
