Description of the flag

The City of Rancho Cucamonga has a white flag with city seal on it, as I'm informed by the City Administration. However, they sent me the city logo, which is not on the flag.

I'm not sure of the proportions - it could be 1:2 - or whether the emblem ought to be centered or offset to the hoist. And the text may be purple.
