Description of the Flag

The flag of the City of Bonita Springs, Florida, is white with city logo on it. Information and image of the logo thanks to Dianne J. Lynn, CMC, City Clerk/Treasurer, City of Bonita Springs.
Valentin Poposki, 30 June 2009

Lacking better information, I made the seal 2/3rds of the flag's height. The seal shows a beach sunset (or sunrise?) scene with an inlet of river mouth, two palms, a leaping fish, a pecking wader, and two gulls on the sky, all in watercolour style. Around it, on a golden-lined circular rim, light blue letters reading "Gateway To The Gulf" in bold penman style from 7 to 5 o'clock, and from 9 to 3 o'clock "City of Bonita Springs, Florida" in serif capitals, the town's name and the comma much bigger and bolder (from 10 to 2 o'clock).
