Description of the Flag

A horizontally divided white over yellow flag, approximately 3:2, with a narrow dark blue upper stripe; a blue disk bearing a cedar tree.

I designed the Porterdale flag. The cedar tree is because Porterdale used to be called Cedar Shoals because of the trees.
