Description of the flag

A white flag with a city seal in the center (orange disk, an S-shaped curved line running across it in dark blue, a sketch of two large buildings on either side of the curve, FRANKFORT and KENTUCKY written around the disk, the whole contained in a fine wreath, the date 1786 below), and in the upper hoist and Indian head and the upper fly a soldier's head.
