Description of the flag

Dartmouth is in Bristol County, southeastern Massachusetts. The flag is blue, with the town seal - a blue shield bearing a deer head surmounted by a grey ribbon reading UTILE DULCI, surrounded a white ring bearing the town and state name and date.
