Description of the flag

A deep yellow flag, with the town seal in a paler yellow in the center.  The seal bears illustrations of four buildings in Three Rivers, Bundeville, Depot Village, and Thorndike. The town and state name  and date of founding are written around the seal. Palmer is in Hampden County.
