The NAVA image at www.nava.org/Flag%20Design/City%20Survey%202004/city_flag_photos/Worcester.jpg and shown in the American Flag Survey (2004) and American City Flags (Purcell, 2003) shows a ~9:17 green flag with the city seal centered on it, with diameter equal to half the flag height. The seal shows a large red heart (card suit style) in a dark green wreath, on white background inside a white rim ring limited by golden yellow edges, reading "Worcester" above, from 11 to 1 o'clock, and "A town June 14, 1722 a city Feby 28, 1848" (all sic), in golden seri capitals.
