The flag of the Town of Federalsburg, Maryland, consists of three vertical stripes of blue-white-blue, where the white stripe is wider. In the white field are positioned the inscription "Federalsburg, Md", below it a golden eagle, and below it a ribbon inscribed "PRIDE IN THE PAST [STAR] FAITH IN THE FUTURE".
