Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Inkster, Michigan, was seen at the 2010 Michigan Municipal League convention. The parade of flags is documented at Flickr, including this flag: in this photo, www.flickr.com/photos/michigancommunities/5016852445/, the second flag is white with gold fringe and a logo including yellow and red below a black inscription which seems to read "CITY OF INKSTER".
