In this photo: www.flickr.com/photos/michigancommunities/5016854125/, the mayor pro temp of that city carefully carries a flag with lightish blue and white horizontal stripes and a yellow fringe, charged with a colourful seal featuring a shoreline, yellow sky with white clouds, pine trees and various vessels on the lake, together with red inscriptions in the white bordering ring (probably "MARQUETTE"/"MICHIGAN").
