Browntown Illustrated This beautiful book is published by The Brownton Bulletin and is a compendium of information relative to Brownton and McLeod County.

The flag is green, a central yellow disk, over all a white central horizontal stripe bearing the name, and over that in the center a black map of the county bearing an image of an early settler (presumably Martin McLeod), and the date 1856 written to the lower right of the map.
