Description of the flag

The flag is dark blue, an orange border, two orange-fimbriated white arcs in the upper fly and lower hoist, a white map of the state with the location of Pearl marked by a blue star, and connected to that by two narrow orange lines, the seal of the city in blue and orange.

About the city:
"Pearl is a city in Rankin County, Mississippi, United States. The population was 21,961 at the 2000 census. Today, Pearl is a growing community across the Pearl River, for which the city was named, from Jackson. It is Mississippi's 13th largest city and the largest city in Rankin County."
