Description of the flag

According to the American Flag Survey of 2004, the Billings, Montana, city flag is a ~3:5 "Canadian" triband of very dark blue and white with the city logo/seal on the white panel. This logo is quite like a seal - showing a cityscape with skyscrapers in blue-on-white line draw with red sun disc and large rim, lined in blue with red capitals reading "Star of the Big Sky Country" - superimposed on the bottom of this design a red panel with "Billings" in commissioned lettering, with larger, swash initial "B" and finial "S" between which tails, on white, "Montana" in tiny blue capitals.

Amend Park

"Amend Park Development Council was formed in 1992 by a small group of soccer parents and was founded on the idea of developing Amend Park as a soccer complex for the youth and families of Yellowstone County in a cooperative partnership with the City of Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands Department."

And the flag is green with black park's logo on it: amend-park-development-council.com/our-projects (image only: amend-park-development-council.com/s/cc_images/cache_1191768204.png?t=1267138947).
