Description of the flag

At Lincoln County's there a photo of a seal on white flag as seen at www.co.lincoln.nc.us/images/lamppost2.jpg. The county seal at www.co.lincoln.nc.us/_borders/seal2.gif doesn't look like the logo on this flag.... so maybe it is Lincolnton municipal flag.

The flag of Lincolnton is my reconstruction, based on the photo shown on the city's website. Blue with city seal in center, but I can't be 100% sure.
