The Village of Quogue is located in the Town of Southampton, in Suffolk County, New York. Based on the grainy image above, the official village flag can be described as the village seal in white, voided blue, set on a blue field.

Quogue Has A New Flag
PoPosted by Erica Jackson (Editor), May 30, 2013 at 11:49 am
Flying alongside the American flag and the official Village of Quogue flag at the village dock is a new Quogue flag designed by the Quogue Association. The bright yellow flag, which adorns the letter "Q" for Quogue, was released last month as a fun flag for Quogue residents. According to the association, the flag will be available for purchase at Quogue Association events, including the annual duck race and beach part. It will also soon be available at local shops,
including Home Spun and the Quogue Shop for $75 and $60, depending on size.
The association said the design ties together the village's farmland, beaches and ocean views.

The second stripe from the bottom is beige, according to the image at the Quogue Association's (the sponsoring organization's) website: www.quogueassociation.org, www.quogueassociation.org/images/Flag.jpg. Presumably the stripe represents the village's sandy beaches- "The flag focuses on the farmlands, meeting the sand, and eventually meeting the ocean. The colors represent the lush green trees and landscaping, beautiful beaches and the sea, and the Q as
the sun and seagull creating an open feeling of ambience the Village represents. This flag is not to be confused with the official flag of Quogue, it is simply a fun, social flag."
