Description of the flag

Forest Park lies on the northern edge of Cincinnati. Population about 20,000. It was incorporated as a village in July 1961 (the date on the flag), and as a city in November 1968. I could not find any mention of its flag on its web pages (http://www.forestpark.org/welcome.html).
