Multnomah County, located in northwestern Oregon, is the state's smallest county by area, but also the most populous, with the city of Portland also acting as the county seat. According to the sheriff's office website, the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office is charged with providing high quality and cost-effective prevention, intervention, and detention services to Multnomah County. (www.mcso.us/profiles/) I was able to find a couple photos of the sheriff's office's flag at www.midcountymemo.com/june10_mcso.html.

The flag of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office features a white field with three diagonal lines stretching from the upper hoist to the lower fly, green-yellow-green. The agency's badge is displayed in the center of the flag.
