The flag of the City of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is white with wide black border on all sides. On the white field are positioned 7 circles in three rows 2/3/2 representing various aspects of the city life - sport, industry, water, education, mountains, wood industry, and housing - all in black and white. "WILLIAMSPORT, PENNSYLVANIA" arched above, and "INCORPORATED JANUARY 15, 1866" below. Information and photo thanks to Stephanie M.
