Description of the flag

Based on a distant photograph, the flag appears to be a blue over red bicolor, with the name Forney written in white along the join.

This flag is white with the logo centered, showing blue and brown wavy bars in blue and gold, the name in blue and in a circle around it the motto and state in gold.
