The NAVA image at www.nava.org/.../Irving.jpg shows a ~8:15 flag divided white over dark red by a sigmoid line; at the upper hoist, on the white area, a (very very) dark blue brand mark. This consists of a ring containing a two misshapen rectangles and a disc, suggesting a flag flying (?).
The brand mark that shows on the flag is used by the city council as its logo, ci.irving.tx.us/images/topleft2.jpg. However, no pages were found
containing "city flag" when searching the official website
(http://www.cityofirving.org/ and http://ci.irving.tx.us/, which seem to mirror each other).
