Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Renton, Washington, is dark blue with city logo on it. I received a photo of the flag and image of the logo and this note from the City:
"Per your request here is a low-res photo of a City of Renton flag and a low-res version of the city's logo. These images are being provided specifically for representation of the city's flag and logo on the Flags of the World, and the Emblems of the World websites. These images are not to be used, reproduced, or distributed for any other purpose.
Sincerely,
Kelley Balcomb-Bartok, Communication Specialist
Renton City Hall, Mayor's Office"
