Description of the flag

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is an independent US government body that insures bank deposits. It was established din 1933. It can be seen in the photo of the full board here: www.fdic.gov/about/learn/board/images/cropBoardofDirec.jpg.

It looks like the FDIC seal in dark yellow on a plain navy colored flag.
