Seeking the flag of the United States Federal Reserve Board of Governors, I found one photograph that had a flag that matched the one I saw when I was near the Federal Reserve headquarters during my last trip to Washington. The flag
photograph is from this website: www.millennium-money.com/pmupdate_1feb_01.htm.
It appears to have a colour version of this seal, taken from the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank's website:
www.stls.frb.org/portal/portal_html/portal.html
The flag has a blue field with a yellow border and bears the Seal of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, which is in colour, in the centre of the flag.

I received a CD from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve (United States). Inside, an official sent me several photographs of the Reserve's flag. As evident in the attached picture, the flag bears the seal of the Reserve on a blue field with gold trim.
Interestingly, the official said that there are only two Reserve flags in existence. One flies on the roof of the Reserve's headquarters and the other is located in the chamber where the Board of Governors meet.
The Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the other governors do not have flags representing their specific offices.
