There are actually two versions of this flag. Both versions of the flag feature the logo of the National Law
Enforcement Officers Memorial on a white field. Both flags also feature a thin double border of crimson and gold between the NLEOM logo and the outer white edge of the field. The difference is that one version has just the blue shield and rose logo and the other has the full NLEOM logo including the name of the memorial encircling the shield and rose. I have seen photographs from Police Week events in Washington, DC, showing both versions of the flag in use.
