- Commander of the Coastguard (2:3) - Blue flag with two light
blue rising slanted lines, the thicker one passing approximately
though the center and a thinner one towards the fly, and overall
a white fouled anchor in the middle and two white five-pointed
stars, one to the hoist and one to the fly.
The two stripes (bend sinister cotized in base only) seems to be
internationally recognized signal on vessels to indicate that the
vessel belongs to a coastal authority (whatever it is called
locally, and whatever the variant of the service is).
