The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) is Zulu-based and originated as a cultural organisation in KwaZulu. The party flag comprises seven horizontal stripes of red/orche, white, black, green, yellow, white and red. There are two variants of this flag:
Notice the middle three stripes are the same as the ANC indicating their
earlier alliance!

2:3 is the official proportion although there are a number of variations (some home-made)
which are seen which do not conform to this.

Please add the new emblem of the Inkatha Freedom Party in your page
on Political Parties of South Africa. It can be found at the Inkatha
Freedom Party homepage. The emblem is sometimes flown on the IFP flags you have shown on your
website. The emblem is found in the middle of the flag. At party rallies
the plain flag, without the emblem, is often seen.
