The flag of Cobquecura is a white field with the coat of arms. The crest is an embattled castle in the form of a crown, as seen in Castillan and Spanish flags, such as the Second Spanish Republic. The sheild appears to be the black silhouette of a seal, over water. Cobquecura commune is on the coast, in northwest Bío Bío province.
