Description of banner:
It is a red-white vertical bicolour with a white bannerhead having the coat of arms in its centre.
Description of coat of arms:
In a red shield are three silver(=white) Latin crosses ordered two over one. It is a renaissance shield topped by three black stems ending in balls and ordered like a fan.
Meaning:
According to Veddeler 2003, p.87 the pattern is based upon an old seal from 1650. The stems with balls are just decorative elements without any meaning.
