It is a yellow - blue vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per pale. The dexter side shows a golden(=yellow) rampant lion, armed and tongued red in a blue field scattered with golden(=yellow) shingles. The sinister side shows three black diamonds ordered vertically in a golden(=yellow) field.
Meaning:
According to source the lion is taken from the arms of Nassau, the former rulers, and the diamonds are taken from the arms of the lords of Seelbach.
