Diagonally divided black-blue pennant with a white triangle charged with a kind of "F" letter in red. Finow is located near Eberswalde. I believe Stahl refers to a steel factory, by comparison with the football-club Stahl Riesa in the former GDR. Abteilung Segeln is the sailing section of this Sportverein or sport association.

This burgee - and a few others - are clearly inspired in the Imperial war ensign. I assume that all those clubs were established at least before WW2.

Santiago Dotor, 14 Sep 2005

(editorial note: information couldn't be verified, looks like pennant version of the flag of RGm Günau , a rowing club, kms 9 Oct 2012)
