Horizontally divided red-blue (1:2) pennant with the letter "S" in black in canton, the letters "C" and "OW" in black, each flanked by a white right triangle, in the the blue field. Ochtrup and Wettringen are two neighbouring cities located close to the Dutch border and the border with Lower Saxony near the city of Rheine.

Oldenburger Yacht Club (Lower Saxony) - White flag with a blue-red cross and a shield (yellow field with two red horizontal stripes) in the middle. The shield belongs to the city of Oldenburg.
