It seems that Röszke have not got flag but only coat of arms.

I read an article about Roszke. I didn't understand it well
but it seems that in 1989 Roszke started a social experience that
converted the city into "San Marino of Hungary", a
(semi)independent country surrounded by a great country. Its flag
was red and blue vertical (3:1) with four pointed green star in
the center of the red. The star has a white circle in its center

It was only a joke of a local man who made his own country
around his house.

Here the history of the Public Governorate of Röszke, which
territory was (is?) 0,003 km2 and contained (contains?) the
peaches field of Mr. István Almásy owner-president. http://www.mancs.hu/legfrissebb.tdp?azon=9924globusz1
The flag is red with a white stripe. The white stripe is divided
to five green sector relates to the Annexed Territories by the
Treaty of Trianon (Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Yugoslavia,
Austria - ??). And on the flying end of the flag is a blue part
relates to the peace. The 'Public Government' had (has?) got own
coat of arms which shows a field a house and a peach.
This joke state is not equal the village of Röszke.

I found a photo of the flag on the Homepage of Kanjiza /
Magyarkanizsa community (Serbia-Vojvodina) at <www.kanjiza.co.yu/gallery/gallery_18.htm>
and <Image55.jpg>.
