The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Mar 19th 2006 by Notice No 1. The light yellow flag has a blue and a green two color city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized K in a form of rings which symbolize a solidarity of merged three former city and towns. It represents an image of the livable city, shining people and the nature, a convenience of a key traffic junction.
The flag proportion is 2: 3. The height of the emblem is 3/5 of the height of the flag.
