stylized kanji Ku 久 and katakana Ki キ.
No flag legislation but they have a flag: flag proportion: 2:3;
colour of field: Mitaka purple (blueish); colour of emblem: white; height of emblem: 3/5 flag height.

The purple flag used since 1964 was abolished. The
new emblem was adopted on Nov 7th 2010 but there is no flag law. The white flag
has a white, a blue, a green and a yellow green four color city emblem in
the center. The city emblem is a stylized kanji 久 Ku of Kuki. The white color
stands for unlimited dreams and hopes to the future, the blue color for a clear
sky and fresh streams of rivers running thru the city, the yellow green color
for countryside bringing natural blessings and the green color for natural
trees and flowers. It represents an image of the city which is developing in
harmony with city and rich natural circumstances.

The flag of the City of Kuki is already reported, but it's old flag. New one,
from 2010, is white with mark.

The city emblem was adopted on Nov 7th 2010 by Notice No 534 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a blue, a white, a green, a yellow green four color
city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized kanji 久 Ku of Kuki. The
blue color stands for fresh streams of rivers running thru the city and a clear
sky,the white color for an unlimited dream and hope to the future, the green
color for natural trees and beautiful flowers, the yellow green for a
country side bringing rich blessings. It represents an image of the city which
harmonizes a city with abandunt natural circumstances and developes.
