Thanks to Mr. Kariyasu here is the flag of the town of Takatori.
Tomislav Šipek, 15 December 2014

The town emblem was adopted on Nov 25th 1967 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized T of Takatori in a form of flying hawk (taka). The three rings symbolize merged one town and two villages. It represents the town’s exponential development.
