This
link didn't work for me.
The emblem is made up of a green vertical wavy curve to the left and a blue
shape under an orange circle to the right, making a stylised latin 'K' (or
'k'?), the initial letter of Kanonji, representing a city blessed with abundant
nature. The three parts express green growth (plants and crops), water flowing
(the sea and rivers) and the sun's warmth (the development of the people,
industry and culture).
Overall, it symbolises harmony of the citizens and active improvement of the
city.
The emblem was adopted on 11 October 2005.

The green is specified as DIC170 (CMY 50-0-100), the blue DIC182 (CMY
85-45-0) and the orange DIC566 (CMY0-60-100).
The
rules for use of the city emblem and city flag (3 Jul 2012 say that the
shape, colours and use of the design of the emblem /and/ flag should follow the
specifications of the emblem (linked above) and the embelem design manual (from
2012, doesn't seem to be online).

The city emblem was adopted on Oct 11th 2005 by Notice No 2 but
there is no flag law.
The white flag has a green, a blue and an orange three color city emblem in the center.
The city emblem is a stylized K of Kanonji.
It represents the city blessed with an abandunt nature, a growth of green trees, a stream of water
and a warmth of the sun.
