The town emblem was adopted on Mar 20th 2006 but there is no flag law.
The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized katakana マ Ma of Manno. The circle symbolizes a happiness.
The bud grown from the seed represents the beginning of the new town.
