The city emblem was adopted on Nov 3rd 1955 and the flag was adopted on Sep 3rd 1990 by Notice No 37. The green flag has a yellow city emblem with a white fimbriation in a form of a dancing crane in the center. It represents the future development.
The flag proportion is 2: 3. The diameter of the emblem is 55/90 height of the flag.
