The flag of the town of Mizukami is maroon with mark. I do not know where I
found the image so therefore I send it.
Tomislav Šipek, 28 June 2013
I fixed the flag of Mizumaki. I think there are two variants of the flag.

Of course, my memory and eyesight are deteriorating as happens to most of us
to some extend, but I can neither recall seeing this before, nor do I see these
two flag variants, nor even one variant for that matter.
What is it I don't see and can't recall?

From in front of the stage, it does look possible that the Mizumaki flag has
the emblem in the fly, but I would say that the picture of the 22 flags in a row
shows that the flag is simply much larger than the others, with much of the fly
resting on the stage floor.

The inner circle of donat is not centered. I thought I made a mistake
the first time, but later I saw that obviously I did not. For the color is hard
to argue for me because I think it depends a lot on photography and perhaps also
the manufacturer of the flag.

Mizumaki Town General Affairs section says they use a dark purple flag with a
white town emblem "in the center". They don't have a variant flag with the
larger emblem in the fly.
Nozomi Kariyasu, 31 October 2014
The adoption date of the town emblem and the flag unknown.
The purple flag has a white town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized kanji 水巻 Mizumaki..
It represents an image of the stream of River Onga swirly flows in three ways.
Nozomi Kariyasu, 07 December 2014
The town emblem was adopted in Oct 1950.

For Mizumaki I'm still convinced that they used two versions. This in the
hall has a bigger mark on fly, and the pole is normal in the middle.
Tomislav Šipek, 18 October 2013
From the picture of all the flags, it looks like the fly is lying crumpled on
the floor. The fly simply isn't visible in the front-on picture. This, and the
size of the mark, are caused by the flag itself being bigger than the others.
