The town emblem was adopted on Jan 29th 1920 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a red, a green two color town emblem in the center and the kanji name in black horizontally at the bottom. The town emblem is a stylized katakana ソエ Soe and kanji 田 Da. The emblem is surrounded by oak leaves.
