The city emblem was adopted on Oct 10th 1954 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a red city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized kanji 行 Yuku of Yukuhashi. It represents a peaceful city administration, a growing big tree, a burning flame, fervent citizen and the city’s surge and prosperity.
