The village emblem was adopted on Jan 12th 1968 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana くま Kuma . The lower cap of waves symbolizes the growing village ‘s spirit as a modern agricultural village in River Kuma area. It represents an exponential development and reconciliation.
