The village emblem and the flag were adopted on May 17th 1979. The yellow flag has a dark blue village emblem in the center. The emblem is not a black but a dark blue according to the flag law. Please use this blue shade (Masaki). The right part symbolizes Yamada area, the left part does Mae area and the wings do a reconciliation of two areas. The center part represents the village’s development.
The flag proportion is 2: 3. The height of the emblem is 2/3 height of the flag.
