Overview

Kapciamiestis (Lazdijai District) - on a red field the arms of Kapciamiestis: a landmark on a hill. Flag proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with silver rope, finial is a silver lance head with a silver band, staff is white. The arms are canting: one of meanings of word "kapcius" in Lithuanian is "landmark". The silver field of the arms symbolizes abundant lakes, and the red colour of the landmark symbolizes blood spilt for freedom.
