Blazon: I blått to oppvoksende sølv skistaver. In English: Azure two uppointing ski poles issuant from the base.
Approved by the royal resolution of 13 November 1992.
The design emphasize the importance of skiing in the region. It is said that two ski poles to represent past, present and future. (cf. http://www.ngw.nl/heraldrywiki/index.php?title=Trysil)
