The flag and arms of Inđija are prescribed in the Municipal Statutes, last amended on 21 July 2008. The flag is in proportions 1:2, white with the municipal coat of arms in the middle. The mention "framed in golden yellow colour" probably means that the flag has a golden fringe when used inddors.

Until 21 July 2008, the Municipal Statutes did not prescribe a flag but only a coat of arms, but there was obviously a flag in use, as shown on the website of Goran Jesić, the Mayor of Inđija.
The flag is blue with the municipal coat of arms centered. The flag proportions are probably 2:3, to match the national flag of Serbia.
