Jack and fortress flag (1924-1932).
Željko Heimer, 13 Apr 1999, quoting from Flag-znamya korablya, 07 Mar 1999

Adopted 29 august 1924 and replaced on 8 july 1935.
Victor Lomantsov, 18 Mar 2000
