All searches for ""Harrison County" "County Flag" Iowa" hit this newspaper and nothing else. Is it likely that a newspaper goes by the name Harrison County Flag in the masthead for a century and a half and yet the said county makes no move to adopt a county flag?

Regardless of whether they really do have a flag or not, they apparently fly only the national and state flags in front of their court house - scroll down to Harrison County at www.intimacy-with-god.com/newsletters/newsletter_october06.html.
